By accessing or using LinkClink (“we,” “our,” or “us”), including the website and mobile application (the “Service”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LinkClink provides an on-device file processing tool that allows users to extract text and detect URLs from PDFs, images, screenshots, and text files. All processing occurs locally on your device. The Service is provided “as is” without guarantees of accuracy, availability, or results.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using LinkClink, you confirm you meet this requirement.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree that you will not:

• Use the Service for any illegal, abusive, harmful, or fraudulent activity.
• Upload or process files that contain illegal content, malware, or exploitative material.
• Attempt to disrupt, damage, overload, or interfere with the functionality of the Service.
• Reverse-engineer, copy, extract, or attempt to recreate any part of the tool, design, or code.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools to access or exploit the Service.

5. Copyright and Content Use

LinkClink does not validate whether uploaded files are copyrighted. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to process any file you upload or select. The tool must not be used to process files in violation of copyright law, privacy law, or other applicable regulations.

6. No Warranties

We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will operate without errors or interruptions.
• Extracted text or URLs will be accurate, complete, or usable.
• The Service will always be available or meet your expectations.
• The Service is free of bugs, vulnerabilities, or technical limitations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LinkClink, its creators, and owners are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service, including incorrect results, data loss, or tool failure.

8. Advertising

The LinkClink mobile app may display ads provided by Google AdMob or other approved mobile advertising partners. These partners may collect anonymous identifiers or ad interaction data as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not control or store advertising data.

9. Intellectual Property

All branding, design, content, logos, interface, and underlying technology are owned by LinkClink unless otherwise stated. No part of the Service may be copied, redistributed, modified, sold, or reused without written permission.

10. Termination of Use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that may harm the platform, users, or infrastructure.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in U.S. jurisdiction unless otherwise required by law.
